Nope, in retrospect, I can say that if I am looking at it – then I don’t need to worry about it. Sort of like being shot at – if you hear it – then it has missed you. Years ago when I was having to dig out dynamite dead heads, the licensed explosive expert explained to me that I wouldn’t even see it, if I set one off. Even with the speed of light – the neurons do not carry the information from the eyeballs to the brain fast enough to even see the explosion.
Others differ with me in my opinion. They think there may be an event elsewhere in the world – say between Pakistan and India, and that it will take two or three days to generate into world war (I think two or three hours – still too short a time for me to get the info – and tell you about it. If it happens in the daytime “there” which would be the middle of the night “here” – and someone IMMEDIATELY (not likely) sends me an email – I might not open it for hours.
In actuality I wouldn’t expect to know about it for hours (maybe days, weeks, months). I do have a night alarm that wakes me if the power goes off in the middle of the night – and ways that I have explained before, for testing the surrounding situation, but there will be no communication until a long time afterwards for historians to tell me what really happened when.
|Others, however, are confident that there will be some warning. A terrorist attack somewhere like 9/11, or a buildup of crisis like in the Ukraine. Personally, I think all that and more has already happened. How much more warning do people want that the world is in the kind of situation we are in? But, okay, let us say that I am wrong and that I should prepare to send out a “Last Newsletter”. How I would know that I have time to send only one more – and so that would be the last one – I don’t know. On the other hand – if there really was a narrow window of an hour or two to send it, how likely that many people would look at their email in that time frame – if they didn’t already know of the problem – and if they understood the urgency of the problem, I doubt they would be looking at emails.Still, the thought is that we could still save lives, even at that last moment, by telling people how to build expedient shelters, Kearny Fallout Meters, to store water, to bug out – or shelter in place. The advice could of course be quite different depending on individual circumstances. I doubt that people will have time to sit down and figure all that out THEN, but let us say they do – then I want to know what information you think I should be sending out at that time, and what level of events there should be for us to start sending it out.
We have sent it all out before. HERE IT ISAGAIN! How much worse do people want it to be, before they can see “the handwriting on the wall?” My personal expectation is late July, but of course I don’t know. All I can say is, that the closer that I think we get to it – the more blind people seem to be. The more that they laugh at me and call me that crazy old coot. Could be.
Tell me. What would you have me say – and when would you have me say it? I will write “The Last Newsletter” NOW, and hit send when that time comes – if the possibility presents itself. Other than saying goodbye, and that I hope that I see you in the Reconstruction Phase – I wouldn’t know what to say. As you know from the previous newsletter – RECONSTRUCTION is where my thinking is now.
Sure, we can watch the daily events and speculate about what will happen when. You know my expectations about financial/monetary collapse, the situations in the Ukraine, Syria, Iraq, Iran, between Pakistan and India, North and South Korea, China and Japan/Taiwan/Vietnam and many other places. We watch the daily arms build up everywhere and you know my speculations about the Lincoln Syndrome.
It is all happening. It is like standing watching a burning building, fully engulfed in flames – and speculating how long before the roof caves in. That is our world. Fully engulfed in flames. We are just waiting for the roof to cave in.
Not my concern. Been there. Done that. Have told people repeatedly to get out of the cities and away from large bodies of water. Don’t need to say that again. Now trying to tell people that they should get a vision of what to do afterwards to build back a bigger and better building. A better and more beautiful world. Won’t be around myself to see it – but that is my service. We all come to this world to serve – and we have come at a very special time. We are the midwives for the transition of humanity from its state in the womb to its life of maturity – especially spiritual maturity in the centuries to come.
But we are here and now. So when the request came for my opinion of the video, I got right with it. In all the years of my being a Radiological Scientific Officer, this was the first time I had the opportunity to put my training to real practice, and then I realized a few days later I had muffed it. I had done the distance calculation based upon the force wave rather than the sound wave – so I was about a half mile off in regards to the distance from the blast.
Like I say- probably my only real chance to put that training in practice – because in the real situation there will be no communication with people sending me videos and I don’t plan on being close enough to hear a blast.
Oh well – here was my analysis afterwards – and the calculations that I based it upon. Here is what I finally sent out to the several who asked me to do the calculations.
I am now summarizing everything that I know to this point, to everyone who has been corresponding with me about the event. Tim was the first to alert me to it at 8:51 p.m. ET Sunday February 8th, 2015
The video had appeared on TB2K 2 hours and 2 minutes earlier – (TB2K was itself a secondary or tertiary source) although I was not aware of that it was on TB2K until a couple of hours after my initial analysis and calculations.
The original source was written in Russian and I couldn’t tell from that the location of the explosion.
By the time I wrote this there were nearly a million viewers, but all comments were in Russian, meaning I suppose, that is where the viewers were.
Location was now known to be in Donetsk, Ukraine
This is a Russian separatist area – and the explosion is attributed by them
GENERAL CONSENSUS AT THIS TIME IS THAT
IT WAS NOT A NUKE
However, looking at the video then:
it looked like a nuke –
Here is my response to some subsequent questions received.
1. Was this a repeat reporting of an event a couple of weeks ago?
No – this a new and current event.
2. How come the lights did not go off because of EMP?
The EMP from KT blasts is limited to near the explosion – particularly with ground blasts. The lights remaining on in the area is consistent with this.
3. What about radiation?
None reported – nor would direct radiation be a factor at the distance of the recording.
4. What about fallout?
Detection of fallout would depend upon wind factors and could be in the opposite direction – but the recording gave no such information.
5. Did I mean 400 KT or 4 KT in my calculation for a tactical weapon?
The size is 400 KT as per the bomb effects calculator for which I gave the link. (below)
Tactical weapons can be 400 KT. Tactical or strategic depends upon method of delivery. The strategic bombs used on Japan were nearer 10KT. China has a strategic missile rated at 140KT.
6. Did Russia call up its Reserves?
This is a rumor that I have been trying to track. Yes, major call of Reserves but prior to the explosion and by the Ukrainians.
Also major call up by the rebel Russian Ukrainians.
Also major troop activities with the Russians.
BUT – I can’t tell that any of this is post explosion – and in response to the explosion.
7. How come the MSM is not carrying the story?
That carries very little weight with me. They only report the official story – and the official story can be anything.
8. What are my current conclusions?
Now, probably not nuclear – but can’t be sure. Use of a nuke, intentionally or accidently, could be suppressed by all sides.
NATO side would not want to claim it because of Russian response that would be required.
Russia could prefer to ignore it as an anomaly – because of the response they would be required to make otherwise.
Really, no one wants it to be a nuke – so even if it is – then it isn’t going to be.
So far – no report of casualties – and I think this story is going to largely go away.
My original calculations were:
761 mph speed of sound
5280 feet in a mile
1116 feet per second speed of sound
3.6 miles from blast
estimated 2+ psi from apparent damage
using the calculator my estimate is a 400KT tactical weapon.
Two subsequent comments after sending the above out. Yes, the 400KT number suprised me, and maybe some other calculator would have given a different number but that is the one that I used.
However, the destruction is consistent with that number. People wonder how that can be given that the bombs on Japan were more like 10KT. Here is the explanation. Think of having a brick wall a mile long and big man walks up to it with a 20 pound sledge and gives it a tremendous wallop. He may put a hole in it. However, we now bring up a gigantic wrecking ball on gigantic crane. A hundred times heavier – and we hit the wall with that. It will put in a much bigger hole, but it is still not going to knock down the whole wall. The force will be concentrated in one place.
This is the mistake that people made who published scare stories about the original nuclear weapons. Given that they were a thousand or thousands of times more powerful than the ones used in Japan – they told people that one would destroy a whole state. Not so. In practice several would need to be dropped on a city like NY to totally destroy it.
However, the destruction from the weapon in the video was still immense. One PSI will knock out windows. Three PSI will collapse roofs. The damage where the camera was located was in between so I estimated 2+ PSI. You must remember that is in a circle. Seven miles away – across the circle the damage would have been the same. Everywhere within the circle the windows – at least – would have been knocked out, and later such damage was reported. Actually, however, very little information has been forcoming even to this date. We do have several more confirming videos and photos of the blast showing the fireball and mushroom cloud.
So, how then can we not say it was a nuke. Well, any blast, or even something like a tornado causes atmospheric increase of pounds per square inch (PSI), and that PSI from any source will cause that sort of damage. There are other weapons that will put out that kind of energy besides talk of “clean” nukes, so we really don’t know about what kinds of weapons are used, or for that matter what brought down the Malaysian airliner. We can only say what we see, and as Groncho Marx said – “We surely aren’t going to believe our lying eyes”.
Anyway, that was this week’s excitement and that is how I handled it. Someday, there may be even more excitement. How would you have me handle it then?
Unity and Love,
